3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?
At various times, we will be required to ask you, as our customer, for information about you and/or members of your family, such as:

Personal information (for example, passport number, nationality, date of birth)
Information relating to your children (for example, first name, date of birth, age)
Your credit card number (for transaction and reservation purposes)
Your reservation details (for example, booking number, arrival and departure dates)

The information collected in relation to persons under 18 years of age is limited to their name, nationality and date of birth, which can only be supplied to us by an adult.
We do not deliberately collect sensitive information, such as information concerning race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, union membership, or details of sexual orientation.

i.Hotel activities: booking a room, checking in and paying, enquiries and requests, complaints and/or disputes
ii.Signing up for emailed promotions via our website or in-room devices
iii.Transmission of information from third parties: Tour operators, travel agencies, website booking engine provider
iv.Internet activities: Connection to our website (IP address, cookies), online forms (online reservation, questionnaires, our pages on social networks, etc.).
We will update your information whenever we can to keep it current, accurate and complete.
5. HOW WILL WE USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?
We collect your personal data for the following purposes:
Service delivery: recording your booking in our system, recording payment and details of person responsible for dues, recording room occupants, contacting in case of issues before, during or after service delivery etc.
Service improvement: educating room allocation, making special rates in future / expedite rebooking / meet requests / preferences future preferences note, following up guests who left comments etc.
Security: repelling suspicious operators, ensuring the property is safe for guests and staff, taking appropriate action against those in breach of house rules, removing and blacklisting problem guests, etc.
Fraud and crime prevention / detection: preventing credit card fraud, identity theft, other types of financial crime, organised prostitution, abuse of minors and vulnerable persons. etc
Dispute resolution: maintaining records in case of disputes, of variable nature, from or with customers or agents etc.
Conforming to local legislation: maintaining accounting records, conforming to fire and health and safety standards, maintaining adequate records to assist law enforcement agencies
Marketing: emailing special offers to you with your consent (see further ‘marketing’ below)
Business development: using statistics from our booking system, website or other hotel systems to inform our offering - how we sell /advertise, where we sell / advertise etc
6. CONDITIONS OF THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will share your personal data with third parties with whom we have partnered to enable our services to you, for example our hotel management software provider, payment processing provider, your booking agent etc.
We will share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf: for example, sending promotional emails, defending legal claims brought etc.
We only share your personal data as necessary for the third party to provide the required service(s). Third parties are subject to strict data processing terms and conditions and are prohibited from utilising, sharing or retaining your personal data for any purpose other than as they have been specifically contracted for (or without your consent).
We may be obliged to send your personal data to local services /authorities, for example the emergency services or law enforcement officials (where required by law or as part of an inquiry).
7. HOW WE SECURE YOUR DATA
We protect your data with security measures under the laws that apply, and we meet international standards. We keep our computers, files and buildings secure.
When you contact us to ask about information, we will ask you to identify yourself. This is to help protect your data.
8. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA
We will hold on to your data for as long as you have a booking with us, and for a period of time after that: that is to say as long as is necessary for accounting purposes, or as reasonably necessary or required to provide support-related reporting, meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.

We may wish to send you information about our promotions and things we are doing at the hotel, which may be of interest to you. We require your consent to contact you.
If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time. Simply click the unsubscribe link at the footer of any of our marketing emails.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
Updating and correcting your personal data:
Removing consent: you can change your mind wherever you give us your consent i.e. for direct marketing
Restricting and objecting: you have the right to restrict us or object to us using your personal information
Deleting your information (your right to be forgotten): you can ask us to delete your personal information
Moving your information (your right to portability): where possible we can share a digital copy of your information directly with you or another organisation.
Subject Access Requests
Please ensure you send us a complete request. We recommend you follow the guidance on the ICO website or use the template provided on their site.
When you contact us to ask about your information, we will ask you to identify yourself. This is to help protect your information.
We generally will not charge you when you contact us to ask about your information however we reserve the right to do so in the case of substantial requests.
